We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Lingerie and intimate apparel
Men's underwear and briefs
Any item that has been opened, worn, or removed from its original packaging

Eligible Returns
Items may be eligible for return if they are:
Significantly not as described
Received in an incorrect size or colour (unopened and unworn)
Eligible returns must be unopened, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@adultpleasures.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address, if applicable.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear description of the fault
Photos or video clearly showing the damage or defect
We will review your evidence and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement or a refund. We reserve the right to request the return of the item before issuing any resolution. Submissions without sufficient evidence will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
